Today we were learning about drugs. I learnt that our chocolate is a drug I also learnt about a hole lot more things to do with drugs. that is what I learnt today

Romeo is a lover, but do you know the full story of his missives ways? 

Romeo is a very strong person he’s medium hight and is very fast. Romeo is 15 years old and he is already getting married. Romeo does not believe in fighting but as his friend   

was killed he drew his sword and killed Tybolt. he loved a girl called Rosaline Romeo thought that she was the only one for him,but Rosaline would not return his love. 

Romeo is a handsome young gentleman who just wants to be loved he thought this could not be true until he met Juliet and it was love at first sight. Romeo also talks to his self.

as a friend I find this very strange. As a friend I think he’s very lucky to get someone of such beauty as Juliet. 

Romeo fell in love very fast in fact as soon as they saw each other no wonder they decided to get married in only a few hours.

WHAT IS THE WATER CYCLE?

Have you ever wondered, why does it rain? How does water get into the clouds? Well, it all has to do with the water cycle. The water cycle is the journey that water takes nearly every day to turn into clouds and come bake down as rain.

Because the water cycle never stops it has no real beginning or end. We’ll start with the sea as it makes it easier to understand. Evaporation is when the sun heats up the water from either a puddle, lake or sea and turns it into a gas which rises as small water molecules. We can not see the water molecules because they are so small. Water of plants also turn into gas like the water from lakes, but when the water comes of trees, bushes, grass and other plants it is called transpiration.

As the water rises up, cools and meets with other water molecules they start to turn into clouds. There are lots of different types of clouds like: which form depending on the wether conditions. As the water molecules meet more and more water molecules from other places the clouds get bigger and heavier. When clouds meet other clouds they sometimes turn into one big cloud.

When the clouds get too heavy because they carry too much water they have to let go of their load. The water molecules will turn into either water droplets, snow or hail depending on the air temperature where the cloud is at the time. This is called precipitation.

Accumulation is when the rain forms or joins a stream, river or goes down a drain and then travels down into lakes or into the sea. Some of the water will form puddles and sink into the ground and then travels through the earth until it either gets to a stream, sea or lake or goes through the process of transpiration and turns into a cloud again.

Water is an amazing substance because it can be in liquid, gas or solid form. It can also help us get electricity, helps us survive and it is reusable. The water is important to every living being and the water cycle gives us water over, and over again so that we never completely run out and the water cycle will never stop.

Term 2 goals
(1)I want to beat Drew in the cross country. to do this I want to get fit and train at least 4 x 9 a week.

(2)I want to improve my maths so I'm quicker at problem solving and I will go on mathletcs 4x a week

(3)I want to improve my spelling so people can read to do this I will need to practice more 3x a week

Monica Joyce Sullivan

Monica Joyce Sullivan was born on December 11 in the year 2000 at hutt hospital. She has a brother called Liam who is 18 and a sister called Ellen who is 15. when Monica was a toddler she had an imaginary friend called Cathalener who died on the london bridge. Monicas personality is funny,wacky and cool.


Monicas hobbies are net ball and swimming. Monica has been to allot of places around the world like London Australia and some pacific islands. Monicas favourite sport is netball,touch rugby,underwater hockey,water polo and swimming. When monica was 10 years old she fractured her ankle and she cold not play sport for a whole year which she was annoyed her very much. In 10 years time monica wants to be a clothes designer and wants to live in the gold cost. monica is religious and believes in god and go’s to church on ester and Christmas. I think Monica Is cool and likes to have fun.

Te whiti



Te Whiti was born in 1830 on the coast   of Parihaka. He was the son of a minor chief who established a village in Parihaka. Te Whiti lived peacefully  the cost of Parihaka until 1865 when his village was burnt down. After that happened he attended Riemenscheiders mission School were he found out he was very good at bible studies. When he left school he set up a flour mill in Warea.

By 1870 Parihaka was the biggest village in the country. The  European encroachment on Māori land threatened all Māori settlements. Te Whiti sent out his people to obstruct the surveys and to plough on confiscated land. When arrested the ploughmen offered no resistance but were often treated harshly. Te Whiti was a man of peace. he believed in non-violence and he conhnued with his this belief until he died.

Te Whiti was instuted by the pakeha to hold the monthly  meetings. because he did not do this he was imprisoned.

In 1880 the Parihaka people erected barricades across roads, pulled survey pegs and escorted road builders and surveyors out of the district. He was then sent to jail while in jail  he played mind games with the guards in 1888 his wife died and he was not allowed to go to her funeral a because he was in jail. When he got released he was old and died in 1907.

I think Te Whiti was imspiraional  because he believed in non violence and he never used a weapon. he stuck to his beliefs.
